Chris Hargis of Kansas Army National Guard delivers lecture at Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy

Command Sergeant Major Chris Hargis of the Kansas Army National Guard visited the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia on March 27, the defense ministry has said in a statement.

During his visit, he delivered a lecture at the brigade sergeant courses, focusing on leadership qualities, the importance of leading by personal example, communication and cooperation with commanders, building trust and discipline within units, and the challenges faced by sergeants and their solutions.

According to the source, at the end of the meeting, the guests toured the academy and had the opportunity to learn about its infrastructure, history, traditions, and achievements.
