Threats to Armenian independence come from ‘several countries,’ says spy chief

The threats to Armenia’s independence and sovereignty come from several countries, Armenia’s spy chief has warned.

Kristinne Grigoryan, the Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service, was asked by a reporter on Friday to name countries "other than Azerbaijan and Turkiye that pose a danger to Armenia’s statehood, independence and territorial integrity."

Grigoryan did not specifically name any country, but said, “The dangers threatening the independence and sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia come from several countries.”
