Armenian finance ministry announces successful placement of $750 million Eurobonds

On March 5, Armenia successfully placed Eurobonds totaling 750 million USD in the international capital market with a yield of 7,1% and 10 years maturity, the finance ministry reported.
The placement is Armenia’s fifth Eurobond placement in the international capital market, a move described by the finance ministry as a “highly important event” for the country which not only “underscores the stability of Armenia’s macroeconomic and financial systems but is also a testament to the strong, deep and long-term trust for our country by international organizations and investors.”
