Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said Monday that he will nominate Artur Nahapetyan as next Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Committee.
Pashinyan said he held separate meetings with all three candidates who had passed the interview phase, Petros Martirosyan, Artur Nahapetyan and Gevorg Kocharyan. “As a result of discussions, I have decided to nominate Artur Nahapetyan’s candidacy to the Cabinet’s approval for the position of Chairman of the Anti-Corruption Committee,” Pashinyan said on social media, adding that Nahapetyan was the leading candidate with integrity score in the competition.
