The Netherlands supports the Armenia-Turkiye normalization, Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp said Wednesday in Yerevan.
Speaking at a joint press conference with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan, the Dutch FM said that he attaches importance to the successful course of the normalization process.
“The Netherlands supports the normalization process between Armenia and Turkiye. I was in Ankara yesterday and I had meetings with Turkish officials, including Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. Today, here in Yerevan, I met with Armenian officials. I am sure that both sides have the will to normalize relations in the future,” Veldkamp said.
