We raise issue of captives' return at every possible place and in every possible way -Pashinyan

The Armenian leadership raises the issue of the return of captives illegally held in Baku at every possible place and in every possible way, Prime Minister Pashinyan said in response to journalists' questions.

"If the issue has not been resolved, it means there is no agreement—not that Armenia is not raising the issue," Pashinyan said.
