Armenian military police unit makes debut participation in Combined Resolve 2025

The Armenian military police personnel have made their debut participation in the Combined Resolve 2025 drills in Germany.
The Ministry of Defense Military Medical Department chief, Colonel Gegham Pashikyan has recently led a delegation to a U.S. military base in Germany’s Hohenfels, where the Combined Resolve 2025 multinational military exercises are taking place, the defense ministry said in a press release.
In addition to the Armenian Ministry of Defense Military Medical Department’s field hospital, this year a unit composed of the special battalion of the Armenian military police is taking part in the drills for the first time. The unit is training in scenarios featuring protection of highly important facilities, seek and destroy operations of sabotage recon groups, and others.
The delegation visited the personnel and watched the drills.
Colonel Artur Umrshatyan, the Deputy Chief of the Military Police, visited the military police unit’s posts.
The leadership of the exercises and the U.S. partners praised the level of training and partnership of the Armenian personnel.
