Armenian Defense Minister congratulates new Belgian counterpart on appointment

Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan has congratulated Theo Francken on his appointment as Belgian Minister of Defense. 

“My sincere congratulations to Theo Francken as he is taking charge of the Ministry of Defence of Belgium. As Armenia and Belgium embark on a path of closer cooperation, I look forward to enhancing our bilateral ties in the field of defence,” Papikyan said on X.
