Baku court rejects motion to change preventive measure for former Nagorno-Karabakh officials

Following the regular court session in the fabricated trial of the former military-political leadership of Nagorno-Karabakh, held at the Baku Military Court on January 27, the court refused to change the preventive measure for the former officials to house arrest.

According to Azerbaijani media, during the session, all of them, except Arayik Harutyunyan, submitted petitions to the court requesting a change to house arrest.

The Baku Military Court rejected Ruben Vardanyan's request for additional time to study the materials of the criminal case.

The next court hearing is scheduled for February 6.
