BTA news agency executive congratulates Armenpress on 106th anniversary of establishment

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS. Kiril Valchev, the Director General of Bulgaria’s BTA News Agency, has congratulated Armenpress Director Narine Nazaryan on the 106th anniversary of establishment of the Armenian news agency.

Armenpress news agency was founded on December 18, 1918. Back then, it was known as the Armenian Telegraph Agency. The agency was renamed Armenpress in 1972.
