Urban Development Committee chief projects significant construction growth for 2024

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 20, ARMENPRESS. Construction grew 16% in Armenia, Urban Development Committee Chairman Yeghiazar Vardanyan told reporters citing updated data.

“Construction is one of the leading branches of our economy, construction volumes have been steadily growing. As a result of summing up the latest data, we have nearly 16% growth at this moment. I am sure that the growth will be more significant in the end of the year, because traditionally construction companies file their performance reports and latest summaries in the end of the year. Therefore, I assume that the growth indicator will be higher,” he said.
