YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS. State Revenue Committee (SRC) Chairman Rustam Badasyan has tendered his resignation.
The announcement was posted on the SRC website.
“Dear citizens, dear taxpayers, today I tendered my resignation from the position of State Revenue Committee Chairman,” Badasyan said in the statement.
He thanked the Prime Minister, Cabinet members, lawmakers and taxpayers for the joint work.
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, in a statement issued on Monday, said he asked several high-ranking officials to resign.
Officials who have so far resigned are Minister of Internal Affairs Vahe Ghazaryan, Anti-Corruption Committee Chairman Sasun Khachatryan, Supreme Judicial Council President Karen Andreasyan, Chairman of the Investigative Committee Argishti Kyaramyan and Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures Gnel Sanosyan.
