New Armenian Ambassador to Russia to present credentials to Putin on November 5

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS. The new Armenian Ambassador to Russia Gurgen Arsenyan will present his credentials to President Vladimir Putin on November 5, according to the Kremlin.

The Kremlin said Putin will host 28 new ambassadors, including Arsenyan, for the credentials ceremony on Tuesday.
