Mirzoyan highlights Armenia-Azerbaijan relations at CIS foreign ministerial meeting

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 7, ARMENPRESS. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan participated in the session of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers in Moscow on October 7, ahead of the CIS Heads of State Council session.
