UNGA79: Armenian Foreign Minister meets with Lebanese counterpart

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 27, ARMENPRESS. Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan met with his Lebanese counterpart Abdallah Bou Habib during the UN General Assembly in New York City.

“On the sidelines of UNGA79 touched upon the ongoing situation in Middle East with my counterpart Abdallah Bou Habib,” FM Mirzoyan said in a post on X. “Expressed sincere condolences for recent casualties among civilian population in Lebanon. Emphasized Armenia’s principled position on immediate cessation of hostilities & on need to avoid further escalation.”
