Cassation Anti-Corruption Court overturns decision to dismiss case against Second President Robert Kocharyan

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 13, ARMENPRESS.The Anti-Corruption Court of Cassation has overturned the 2021 decision of Judge Anna Danibekyan to dismiss the case of the 2nd  President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan, former Secretary General of CSTO Yuri Khachaturov, former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan and former Deputy Prime Minister Armen Gevorgyan, the Court of Cassation said in a statement.

It is noted that the case has been sent to Anti-Corruption Court for a new examination.
