Hungary ready to provide venue for signing Armenian-Azerbaijani peace agreement, says Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 11, ARMENPRESS. Budapest is ready to provide a venue for signing the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace agreement, Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó has said.

“Hungary has always been on the side of peace. The Caucasian people must also get their right to live peacefully, therefore Budapest is ready to provide a venue for signing the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace agreement,” Szijjártó said in a statement on Facebook.

Szijjártó arrived in Armenia on September 10 and participated in the inaugural Yerevan Dialogue forum. He then held meetings with Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan.
