New Ambassador of Netherlands presents copy of credentials to Armenian Deputy FM

YEREVAN, AUGUST 23, ARMENPRESS. The new Ambassador of the Netherlands to Armenia Marieke Monroy-Winter has presented the copy of credentials to Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan.

Hovhannisyan congratulated the ambassador and expressed hope the she will make maximum efforts during her tenure to further develop the relations between the two countries, the foreign ministry said in a readout.

The discussion also touched upon the deepening of political dialogue, trade-economic cooperation and cooperation in international organizations. The deepening of parliamentary cooperation was highlighted.

A number of regional and international security issues were also discussed.
