YEREVAN, AUGUST 7, ARMENPRESS. Today, Armenian Minister of High-Tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, accompanied by Deputy Minister Ruben Simonyan, visited the Armenian office of ServiceTitan.

According to the readout issued by the Ministry of High-Tech Industry, ServiceTitan is a unicorn startup with Armenian founders that offers cloud and mobile software solutions to home service companies in the US and Canada.

According to the source, accompanied by Ashot Tonoyan, the executive director of the Armenian office, Minister Hayrapetyan toured the company's office, reviewed its recent achievements, upcoming goals, and development plans.

“The Armenia office, with a team of over 400 members, is focused not only on enhancing existing software products but also on developing new ones. They are leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to create improved quality solutions. 

Mkhitar Hayrapetyan emphasized that the technological sector is a key priority for the Government. He highlighted that the development of this sector heavily relies on effective cooperation between the state and private companies. He also stressed the importance of integrating the latest technological solutions across all sectors of the economy to accelerate development.

According to company representatives, Armenia's sector is on par with many more developed countries. However, it is crucial that the products developed by Armenian specialists and the results achieved are presented to the world effectively and strategically by the state,” the message says.

During the meeting, various cooperation topics were discussed, including legislative reforms supporting the sector. ServiceTitan, founded by Vahe Kuzoyan and Ara Mahdesyan in 2012, is ranked 6th on Forbes' list of the 100 best private companies in the field of cloud technologies.

The Armenian office of ServiceTitan was established in December 2018 with just five employees. Today, it has grown to over 400 employees, while the global workforce of the company exceeds 2,800. The company's software is utilized by more than 100,000 contractors across the US and Canada, and these figures are steadily increasing.
