YEREVAN, JUNE 26, ARMENPRESS.Armenian Secretary of the Security Council, Armen Grigoryanreferred to the consequences of Armenia's total dependence on Russia.
"When Armenia was completely dependent on Russia, didn't we have a war? We did. Let it be known that we ended up in war due to the existing situation, we tried to bring stability with these changes and we are sure that these changes will bring stability," said Armen Grigoryan.
The Secretary of the Security Council insisted that Russia took Nagorno-Karabakh.
"This happened when we were completely dependent on Russia. Russia came, took Nagorno-Karabakh from us, returned it to Azerbaijan and then left, this is the wholereality. I insisted that Russia took Nagorno-Karabakh. Without Russia's permission, the war would not have happened" Grigoryan concluded.
