YEREVAN, JUNE 21, ARMENPRESS. After the recognition of the State of Palestine by the Republic of Armenia, Arman Hakobyan, Ambassador of Armenia to Israel, was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, according to a statement from the Israeli MFA Spokesperson.
"Following Armenia's recognition of a Palestinian state, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the Ambassador of Armenia to Israel for a harsh reprimand conversation," the statement reads.
The Foreign Ministry of the Republic of Armenia has issued a statement on the recognition of the State of Palestine earlier today.
