YEREVAN, JUNE 4, ARMENPRESS. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia continues its efforts to acquire new buildings for embassies, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Paruyr Hovhannisyan said during the discussion of the annual report 'On the Execution of the Republic of Armenia 2023 State Budget' at the joint session of the National Assembly Standing Committees.

"Last year, an example of this was the new building of our embassy in the United Kingdom. Indeed, the conditions were miserable and not suitable for working or holding any meetings. This year, we have already opened a new building in Uruguay, taking into account the community factor and friendly ties with that country. Similarly, we are undertaking projects in Paris, Tehran, and other places," Hovhannisyan mentioned.
