Ararat Mirzoyan issues congratulatory message on the Republic Day

YEREVAN, MAY 28, ARMENPRESS. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan issues a congratulatory message on the occasion of the Republic Day.
