Alen Simonyan awards several MEPs with Honorary Medal of the Republic of Armenia

YEREVAN, MARCH 15, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian National Assembly President Alen Simonyan signed a decree awarding several members of the European Parliament with the Honorary Medal of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia.

Members of the European Parliament François-Xavier Bellamy (EPP faction, France), Miriam Lexmann (EPP faction, Slovakia) and Viola Von Cramon-Taubadel, (Green Party, Germany) were awarded the Honorary Medal of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia for their active pro-Armenian activities on international parliamentary platforms, significant contribution to democracy development, protection of national and universal human values, as well as human rights and freedoms.
