UEFA Futsal Champions League semi-finals draw held in Yerevan. The city set to becomeEuropean Football capital in May

YEREVAN, MARCH 14, ARMENPRESS. Following the draw that took place a few minutes ago, a match between Spanish club "Barcelona" and Portuguese club "Sporting" will take place on May 3 in Yerevan, the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan said on social media.

The UEFA futsal Champions League semi-finals draw was held at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex.

"On May 3, in Yerevan, the first semi-final will feature Spanish 'Barcelona' and Portuguese 'Sporting,' while the second will include Portuguese 'Benfica' and Spanish 'Mallorca.'

The final match and the match for the third place will be held on May 5," said Araiyk Harutyunyan, noting that this is a historic event and that at the beginning of May, Yerevan will become the capital of European football.
