Nagorno-Karabakh representatives, Azerbaijani authorities hold third meeting

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS. Representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh are holding their third meeting with Azerbaijani authorities in Yevlakh.

The first meeting took place on September 21 again in Yevlakh, the second round was held in Ivanyan (Khojaly).

Nagorno-Karabakh is represented by Davit Melkumyan, a lawmaker and head of the Artsakh Democratic Party, and the Deputy Secretary of the Security Council Sergey Martirosyan.
