Over 200 people were injured in the September 25 explosion at a fuel depot outside Stepanakert, near the Stepanakert-Askeran road. Most of the victims are either seriously or critically wounded. The Ministry of Healthcare of Armenia said it is taking all possible measures to organize the evacuation of those wounded, either through medevac airlift or by land.
