EU’s Charles Michel calls for immediate halt to Azerbaijan’s military actions in Nagorno-Karabakh

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 19, ARMENPRESS. President of the European Council Charles Michel has called on Azerbaijan to immediately halt its military actions in Nagorno-Karabakh.

“Devastating news coming from former Nagorno-Karabakh oblast today. Military actions of Azerbaijan must be immediately halted to allow for a genuine dialogue between Baku and Karabakh Armenians,” Michel said in a statement posted on X.
