Azerbaijan falsely accuses Armenia of border shooting

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 14, ARMENPRESS. In an ongoing disinformation campaign, the Azerbaijani authorities have once again falsely accused the Armenian military of opening fire on the border, the Armenian ministry of defense said Thursday.

“The statement disseminated by the [Ministry of Defense] of Azerbaijan that from 9:35 p.m. on September 13 to 12:45 a.m. on September 14 the Armed Forces units of the Republic of Armenia allegedly opened fire on the Azerbaijani combat positions located in the eastern and northeastern parts of the border, does not correspond to reality,” the Armenian ministry of defense said in a statement.
