YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 5, ARMENPRESS. Tigran Balayan has been appointed Armenia’s Ambassador to Belgium and Head of the Mission of Armenia to the EU, the presidency reported Tuesday.
Balayan was serving as Ambassador to the Netherlands before the appointment.
A new ambassador the Netherlands was also named on Tuesday.
