Red Cross facilitates transfer of two patients from Artsakh to Armenia

YEREVAN, JANUARY 19, ARMENPRESS. The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) facilitated the transfer of two patients from blockaded Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh) to Armenia for treatment, the Artsakh healthcare ministry said.

The patients are a sick pregnant woman and a patient with spinal injury. They’ve been taken to specialized hospitals in Armenia for treatment.

The ICRC facilitated the transfer of a total of 36 patients from Artsakh to Armenia during the ongoing blockade.
