President of Artsakh appoints new top security officials

YEREVAN, JANUARY 16, ARMENPRESS. President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan appointed Secretary of the Security Council Major-General Ararat Melkumyan as Director of the National Security Service, replacing Major-General Ashot Hakobjanyan.

Meanwhile, Samvel Shahramanyan was appointed Secretary of the Security Council. Shahramanyan was the Deputy Secretary of Security Council.
