Secretary of Security Council meets with EU’s Michael Siebert

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 24, ARMENPRESS. Secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan held a meeting with the delegation led by European Union’s External Action Service Managing Director for Russia, Eastern Partnership, Central Asia, Regional Cooperation and OSCE Michael Siebert.

EU Head of Delegation in Armenia, Ambassador Andrea Wiktorin was also present at the meeting.

Grigoryan welcomed the delegation’s visit to Armenia and emphasized the role of the EU monitoring mission and the OSCE needs assessment mission in strengthening the security environment in the region.

The sides exchanged views on current actions implemented by the missions, Grigoryan’s office said in a statement.
