Security Council Secretary introduces Lithuanian officials on current security challenges around Armenia

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 10, ARMENPRESS. On the sidelines of his working visit in Lithuania, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan met with Chief Advisor to the President Kęstutis Budrys, Advisor to the Prime Minister Galina Vaščenkaitė and Deputy Foreign Minister Mantas Adomėnas.

“We have discussed the current security challenges in the South Caucasus and around Armenia and exchanged views on a number of issues of mutual interest regarding the international and regional agenda. In the context of the aforementioned, I presented to the interlocutors the current security challenges around Armenia and the views and positions of Armenia regarding the solution of those challenges”, Armen Grigoryan said in a statement on social media.

During the meeting the sides touched upon a number of issues relating to the Armenian-Lithuanian bilateral agenda and exchanged ideas about the prospects of developing the bilateral relations. They praised the high-level political dialogue between Armenia and Lithuania which has quite activated recently.
