YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 4, ARMENPRESS. Deputy Defense Minister of Armenia Karen Brutyan met today with Russian Deputy Defense Minister, Colonel-General Aleksandr Fomin during his working visit in the Russian Federation, the Armenian Ministry of Defense said.
