Armenian PM congratulates Xi Jinping on re-election as General Secretary of Communist Party of China

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 25, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory letter to President of China Xi Jinping on his re-election as the General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the PM’s Office said.
The letter reads:
“Your Excellency,
I warmly congratulate you on the successful holding of the 20th Congress of the Communist Party of China and address my best wishes to you on your re-election as General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Party.
I am confident that under your leadership the central role of the Chinese Communist Party on the path of sustainable progress of the People’s Republic of China and development of friendly Chinese people will continue to strengthen.
We are ready to make efforts to deepen the multilayered agenda between Armenia and China. I am sure that with joint efforts we will manage to raise the Armenian-Chinese political dialogue to a qualitatively new level and enrich the pages of the history of our centuries-old friendship with new achievements for the benefit of our two friendly peoples.
I wish you good health, new success and productive activity, and to the friendly people of China – peace and welfare”.
