Georgian PM congratulates Nikol Pashinyan over victory in parliamentary elections

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili congratulated caretaker Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan over the victory of ‘’Civil Contract’’ Party in the early parliamentary elections.
