Azerbaijan targets Maternal and Child Health Center of Stepanakert, injuring at least 1 – DEVELOPING

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 3, ARMENPRESS. Explosions have been heard in Stepanakert. The correspondent of ARMENPRESS informs that the air raid siren is activated. By now, two explosions were heard.

20:56 – Air raid siren deactivated, but afterwards, another explosion was heard.

21:03 – The correspondent of ARMENPRESS informs that one of the rockets landed near a kindergarten, burning a car.

21:27 – The Defense Army of Artsakh informs that not only Stepanakert has been targeted, but also Shushi. According to preliminary data, there is one injured in Stepanakert. The damage is being evaluated.

21:45 – Spokesperson of MoD Armenia Shushan Stepanyan wrote that Azerbaijan fired a Smerch rocket against Stepanakert’s Maternal and Child Health Center. According to preliminary data, one person has been injured and taken to hospital.

Azerbaijan also fired against a residential district. One garage and a car have burned down. Residential houses also have been seriously damaged.

3 Smerch rockets were fired against Shushi, where two residential houses are in fire right now, Fire fighters are trying to extinguish the fire. The information about casualties is being clarified.
