NKR President awards ANC Australia representative with “Gratitude” medal

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 19, ARMENPRESS. On September 19 President of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received representative of the Armenian National Committee of Australia Grigor Soghomonyan, press service of the NKR Presidential administration informed “Armenpress”.

Issues related to the Azerbaijani-Karabakh conflict settlement, presentation of truthful information about NKR in various international tribunals were on the agenda of the meeting.

The NKR President highly appreciated the Committee’s activity on this path and expressed hope close cooperation with the structure would be maintained further on.

In connection with the 25th anniversary of the NKR and for the contribution in the recognition of the NKR's independence the Armenian National Committee of Australia was awarded with the "Gratitude" medal.

Bako Sahakyan handed over the medal to Grigor Soghomonyan during the meeting.
