YEREVAN, AUGUST 5, ARMENPRESS. The Government of Armenia will discuss the project of making amendments to one of its former decisions according to which till December 31, 2016 the citizens of Lebanon, Syria and Iraq will be given an opportunity to get Armenian passports at Armenian diplomatic missions and consulates.
Armenpress reports that the decision will be discussed at the Government session on August 6. According to the former decision the citizens of the abovementioned countries could receive passports in the foreign countries till September 1 of the current year. The decision is being made considering the situation in Lebanon, Syria and Iraq.
