YEREVAN, JULY 2, ARMENPRESS. The Turkish translation of the three-volume collection of archival documents including 1916-1917 evidences about the Armenian Genocide will be introduced to the world. As reports “Armenpress”, the presentation of the Turkish version of "The Armenian Genocide in the Ottoman Empire: Testimonies of the survivors” will take place on July 3 at 19:00 in "Arno Babajanyan" small Philharmonic Concert Hall. The publisher of the Turkish translation Ragip Zarakolu, translator Tiran Lokmagyozyan, Director of National Archives of Armenia Amatuni Virabyan, "Van" NGO Honorable Chairman Ruben Galchyan will present the publication in 1,500 copies.

As Ruben Galchyan said in an interview with “Armenpress”, the Turkish version of the book was published four days ago, in association with the human rights defender and publisher Ragip Zarakolu and sponsored by Gulbenkian Institution in Lisbon, and has not been yet distributed to the bookstores. "The Russian translation of the book is ready, but not published. In the near future, we plan to publish the German, Spanish and French translations. Funds should be sourced so that we can do it" - he said.
