Georgian patrol policemen studied the experience of their Armenian colleagues

YEREVAN, AUGUST 28, ARMENPRESS: The delegation of Georgian patrol police department arrived in Armenia on August 27 headed by the first deputy director of the department Levan Machavariani. “Armenpress” reports that on the visit was made arrangement during meeting between Chief of Armenian police Vladimir Gasparyan and his Georgian counterpart Irakli Gharibashvili. The aim of the meeting is to make closer the relations between police bodies of two countries, exchange of experience. Armenian policemen were interested in the model of Georgian patrol service and Georgian side in new detachment formed in Yerevan patrol service. After several meetings with Armenian police leadership members of Georgian delegation visited Patrol guard regiment.

In framework of expereicne exchange Georgian colleagues met with leadership Patrol guard special regiment and servicemen. Levan Machavariani and the delegation headed by him visited Police Department of Yerevan, held a meeting with Deputy Head of department Valeri Osipyan.

In framework of the visit members of Georgian delegation put flowers in Tsitserbakaberd and visited Genocide museum, Matenadaran and Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin
