THE “TAXPAYER 3” AUTOMATIZED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PRESENTED

YEREVAN, JULY 22, ARMENPRESS:The Government affiliated State Income Committee today officially presented the new “Taxpayer 3” automatized management system of the submission of tax reports on an electronic variant. Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsian, Head of the Government administration Davit Sargsian Head of the NA Permanent Commission for Economic affairs Vardan Ayvazian, businessmen and others got acquainted in the software which saturated with holistic information and ability for deep analyses. This is a supplement to the “Taxpayer 2” software. According to the Head of the State Income Committee Gagik Khachatrian the “Taxpayer 3” was designed within 8 months and its implementation will enable us to increase the transparency of the activity of the system. “It will establish entirely new relations between taxpayers and tax and customs bodies. The software will also assist the authorities to pass to the implementation of new oversight mechanism,” G. Khachatrian said. Representative of the European delegation in Armenia Uffe Ulsen stressed the importance of the software noting that they assist Armenia in implementation of reforms in the Armenian tax and customs bodies. According to him with the implementation of this software the transparency of the activity of the system will be possible to be increased. The system has great advantages. First it will give the authorities of the committee an opportunity to follow the efficiency of activity of territorial tax inspections which is required by the principal of centralized administration widely adopted in the international practice. With its implementation it will be possible to considerably reduce the number of checks conducted by the committee simultaneously increasing their efficiency. Through the “Taxpayer 3” software today the first tax report was filled in by the chief director of “VivaCell-MTS” company Ralf Yirikian.
