Parliament debates bill enabling to unload Administrative Court
10:34, 16 September 2019YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian Parliament is debating the issue to adopt at the first reading the package of bills on making amendments in the Code of Administrative Offenses and the Administrative Procedure Code.
The bill has been introduced by the ruling My Step faction MP Nikolai Baghdasaryan.
The bill says the administrative act cannot be appealed by administrative proceedings if the same act has been disputed by court proceedings.
The MP stated that the bill aims at reducing the workload of the Administrative Court.
