YEREVAN, AUGUST 13, ARMENPRESS. Yerevan’s waste management operator Sanitek hasn’t paid 580,000,000 drams in taxes during January-September 2018, Vice President of the State Revenue Committee Edward Hovhannisyan said at a press conference today.

“According to preliminary calculations of tax obligations, Sanitek International LLC hasn’t calculated and hasn’t paid 299,918,391 drams for January-September 2018, while the Sanitek LLC Armenia – 280,429,121 drams. In addition, a criminal investigation has revealed that Sanitek LLC Armenia and Sanitek International LLC have not presented the 2018 environmental tax and fee single tax accounts,” Hovhannisyan said.

The environmental inspection agency is yet to determine the amount of unpaid taxes by Sanitek.
