Sergey Manasaryan appointed Armenian Ambassador to Mongolia

President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on October 21 signed a decree on concurrently appointing Sergey Manasaryan (Ambassador to China) Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Mongolia (residence in Beijing), press service of the Presidential administration told “Armenpress”.
