ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK ChiefExecutive OfficerHakob Andreasyan told the journalists that they keep thinking about saving their customers’ time and relieving their life and that the mentioned services are aimed at it.
ACBA Mobile application
The ACBA Mobile application allows you to manage your bank accounts without visiting the Bank, any time, anywhere, only with your mobile phone connected to the internet.
This mobile app allows Bank customers, who have iOS or Android smartphones and tablets, to consult the status, balance and other information about all their Bank accounts, make transfers within Armenia, pay utility and other bills, learn about the current foreign currency exchange rates of the Bank, view the location of nearby Bank branches and ATMs on the map according to their location, etc. The appas must be downloaded from App Store and Google play.
Phone Banking Service
By using Phone Banking Service you can make banking transactions, get consultation regarding the Bank services, make requests regarding your accounts etc. In order to use the “Phone Banking” service, it is necessary to come by any of the Bank branches and sign the contract.Based on security considerations all the phone calls are being recorded and saved in electronic versions. All the transactions made via Phone Banking service are done after the customer identification, with the implementation of 3D security system. All the transactions are included in your permanent account statements.
If You are already registered for “Phone Banking” service usage, You can also make use of the following services: transfers among the customer’s current, card and deposit accounts in the Bank, interbank transfers from the customer’s current and card accounts to the Bank’s other customers’ accounts, deposit account opening and closing, utility payments, conversion, loan, payment card receipt application acceptance and transfer to the corresponding branch, implementation of transaction limit changes, new account opening in another currency, arrangement and suspension of interbank and utility payments permanent transfer applications.
