Defense Minister receives Russian FSS Border Guards Chief in Armenia

YEREVAN, 26 NOVEMBER, ARMENPRESS. On November 26, Armenia’s Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan received outgoing Chief of Border Guards of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation in Armenia, Lieutenant General Victor Vlasov and newly appointed Chief of Border Guards, Major General Vyacheslav Biryukov. As the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia reports to “ArmenPress”, the Defense Minister expressed words of gratitude to Lieutenant General Vlasov and wished newly appointed Major General Biryukov success in the office of chief of border guards.
