Bako Sahakyan visits Republican Medical Center in Stepanakert

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 23, ARMENPRESS: On October 23, Nagorno Karabakh President Bako Sahakyan visited the Republican Medical Center in capital Stepanakert, Armenpress reports citing the Central Information Department of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President.

President Sahakyan got acquainted with conditions of the newly-opened physiotherapy department, laboratory and ophthalmological department upgraded with modern medical equipment.

The Head of the State signified consistently upgrading technical equipment of the medical institutions, expanding the types of medical services provided to the population considering it among the pivotal directions of developing the country's healthcare system.

Health Minister Haroutyun Kushkyan and other officials accompanied the President during the visit.
