Different integration directions won't hinder Armenian-Ukrainian economic relations: Ukrainian Ambassador

YEREVAN, JULY 22, ARMENPRESS. Armenia and Ukraine are enthusiastic about the continuation and expansion of cooperation in various areas, despite the fact that Armenia and Ukraine have chosen different integration directions and they will be in different economic structures. According to the Ukrainian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Armenia Ivan Kukhta, as far as there are serious economic relations and a huge framework of interests between the two countries, probably the intergovernmental conference will be held in Yerevan in October, during which the sides will discuss the economic cooperation in detail.

As reports “Armenpress”, in a conversation with journalists the Ukrainian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Armenia Ivan Kukhta underscored: “Armenia will join the Customs Union, and Ukraine will ratify the EU Association Agreement soon. Notwithstanding, this will not hinder the development of the Armenian-Ukrainian relations, as we have reciprocal interest here.”
